When an employee forgets to punch in or out, the timecard must
be corrected by a manager so that the employee's hours are
recorded accurately.

Manual Time Entry
Managers may add punches manually for an employee for a whole
day. The punch types on the timecard must be entered correctly
for the employee's paid and unpaid hours to calculate accurately.

Employees' time can be added to timecards as punches or as

Approve a Timecard
Manager users who have access to edit employee timecards are '
also able to approve them and add comments.
Approval status does not impact whether the hours are included in
payroll, nor does it prevent additional manual changes to the
timecard. Approval simply means that the timecard has been
reviewed by a manager.

Timecard Dashboard: Approve Multiple Timecards
The Timecard Dashboard feature enables managers to approve
more than one timecard at a time.
Approval status does not impact whether the hours are included in
