 | This article explains how to install the Timerack app on an Intellipunch clock. |
Brand new device (app not previously installed)
1) Download the to a USB drive.
2) Plug the AC adapter into the applicable port on the back of the device and then connect it to a power source. There is no power button; the device will automatically turn on when plugged in.
3) Plug the USB drive containing the APK file into the applicable port on the side of the device.
4) Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access the device menu.
5) In the device menu, navigate to Files and tap to select.
6) Tap the hamburger icon in the upper left of the screen to browse file locations.
7) Scroll down to General USB drive and then tap it to view the stored files.
8) Locate the APK and then tap on it to install.
9) Follow the prompts to install the Timerack app.
10) When the App installed message displays, tap Open.

Existing device (app previously installed, update needed)
These steps apply when Intellipunch is powered on and the Timerack app is running.
1) Download the to a USB drive.
2) Plug the USB drive containing the APK file into the applicable port on the side of the device.
3) Triple-tap on the Timerack logo next to the connectivity icons on the Timerack app main screen to access the Admin Menu.
4) Tap Exit App.
5) On the device home screen, press and hold the Timerack app icon until App Info displays and then tap App Info.
6) Tap Uninstall.
7) A pop-up message will display confirming that you want to uninstall the app. Tap OK to confirm.
8) Swipe up from the bottom of the device home screen to access the device menu.
9) In the device menu, navigate to Files and tap to select.
10) Swipe right or tap the triple bar icon to open the left navigation menu.
11) Scroll down to General USB drive and then tap it to view the stored files.
12) Locate the APK and then tap on it to install.
13) Follow the prompts to install the Timerack app. When the App installed message displays, tap Open to start the app.
