This article explains how to determine if a user(s) has made changes to a timecard and how to view a record of the changes.

On a timecard, an asterisk (*) to the left of a date means that a time entry for that day has been edited or entered manually.

The Source From and Source To fields indicate which time entry has been modified. Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the timecard to navigate to the Source fields.

Source From corresponds to the Punch In, and Source To corresponds to the Punch Out for each line on the timecard.

If a Source is Manual, it means that the punch was created or changed by a user in the portal.

To view details of the manual changes, click Timecard Log above the timecard.

Timecard Log displays a list of manual changes, including the name of the user that made the changes and when they made them.

Manual timecard edits can also be viewed by running a report.

Click Reports in the top navigation menu and then select Timecard on the left navigation menu.

The report titled Timecard Audit Trail allows users to view and export a list of manual changes for multiple timecards at once
