1) Click Timecard in the top navigation menu and then select the Timecard option on the left navigation menu.
2) Click Timecard Dashboard |
3) Timecards will default to the Current Pay Period. Use the Select Type dropdown menu to select a different Pay Period, if needed.
Click the Fetch button to update the list to the selected Pay Period.
4) Mark the checkboxes on the left of the list to select timecards for approval.
Use the dropdown menus on the right to display additional timecards in the list and view multiple pages of timecards.
5) Click the Approve button below the list to submit approval.
6) Timecard approval can be verified by viewing the Timecard tab
a timestamp will appear below the Manager Approval checkbox noting the date and time that the timecard was approved. A blue checkmark will appear next to the employee’s name in the list on the left.
